FAQ
What is the meaning of 1010 Transformations?
It was a huge discovery to me that I was supposed to ENJOY life. I was living a mediocre life. Not vibrant, or bright, but kind of dull. I was surprised to hear that we are meant to enjoy life. The discovery that I was either in joy, or something was stealing, killing, destroying joy, really opened my eyes. This is something Jesus taught in the Bible verse John 10:10. The principle applies whether you believe in the bible or not. We are supposed to have a full, abundant life. And there is a force in life that is ready to steal, kill and destroy that joy when we are not watching.
This has become such a foundation of my healing journey that I named my company after this verse.

"The thief comes only to steal, kill or destroy. I came that they may have life, in abundance to the point of overflowing." John 10:10

Another meaning behind the name, is that 1010 represents new beginnings. I believe that challenges and struggles come to us as a calling to overcome, to direct you to a new path on your way to your best life. I love to guide my clients into new beginnings, changing old patterns and behaviors, creating a life on purpose and for purpose.

Those same things that steal, kill, and destroy joy come from the world. We were not born with those things in our lives. So we are conforming to the world when we accept those beliefs. It's when we challenge those beliefs, not conforming any more that we can truly transform. We can become renewed, returned to what we were born to be, returning to the truth, freedom and light.

"Do not conform any longer to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Romans12:2

"The truth will set you free." John 8:32

What do you do in a coaching session?
After the initial meeting where goals objective and struggles are discussed, sessions are structured to check in on the client's progress, do a visualization to activate a stressor, name and rate the intensity of stress, use Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) to process emotions, stress and habitual thoughts, creating moments of consciousness-key learnings and "aha moments" that result in shifting ideas, beliefs and stuck energy into new beliefs, motivation and inspired action.
What is Emotion Freedom Technique/Tapping?
Emotion Freedom Technique is a scientifically proven modality used to significantly reduce the fight or flight nervous system response in the client's mind body and energy systems. It is extensively researched and has proven in numerous clinical studies to be safe, and effective.
